what are my options to replace my rear trans mounts? my old ones are shot. it looks like the oem ones are nla. do the 911 ones need to be modified to make work? what about the WEVO 914 Semi-Solid Engine Mount, BLUE PILLOWS. are they worth the extra dough? are the blue pillows direct bolt ins?

911 ones are pretty good for a street car. I've got the solid engine mounts at the ends of the engine mount bar for my v6 turbo engine, and then the bar mounts are solid to the engine. They want replaced. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
The 911 trans/engine mounts have the inverted parentheses-shaped rubber that gives extra strength while providing a good vibration dampening. (and I know this isn't the only option) Please post with what you go with, as my setup needs altered as well. |
