I ordered a Hella H4 Conversion kit and noticed that is says that it is NOT DOT Approved . OK Why NOT??

Just for everyones info, I just noticed your link.. those h4 are cut simular but different the the "Euro" ones at Pelican, (say Euro on the box when you get them but not in the h4 listing) the "Euro" have less and differnt angle cuts and are flatter in appearnce..
