Is he making heads that fit properly on a 914 (head studs etc)
Yet use the type 1 exhaust layout.
If so, why did he do it that way?

From some language translator on the web:

Performance-related we move, depending upon cam shaft, carburetor plant and exhaust system, between 100 and 170 HP.

Price for engine kit: 2.990€ inclusive VAT

scope of supply:
-2 cylinder heads of completely
-2 rocker arm blocks
of -8 rocker arms with waves
-2 expanders for original valve covers
-4 pistons and cylinder 90.5 or 92mm
