Hi guys,

I'm finally getting around to installing my 915 with Wevo sideshift into my Renegade conversion. I'd like to go with a hydraulic clutch setup. Anybody have a comprehensive list of parts? Will the 993 pedal cluster fit in the 914? Anybody use an annular throwout setup, like Wevo has for their racing clutches? Unfortunately, I believe that the Wevo piece doesn't have enough throw for the conversion clutch/pressure plate.

Thanks for your help...

Eric

Eric,

I have converted/grafted the 964 slave unit to fit the 914 pedal cluster.
It was not a difficult adaption, and it has been working nicely on my 914/6 for over 5 years now with no issues or leakage. It has a smooth linear feel to it.

Here are some really old pics taken during the conversion. It did require re routing the throttle linkage and having a custom cable made. Which can cheaply be purchased from Pegasus Auto Racing.

Good Luck.

Ron
