Need more help.
I have a 76 2.0 d-jet. Engine runs fine when first started, after it warns up it starts surging (Jerking) around 3500 rpm's. What I have done so far. - Adjusted valves - Replace Fuel Pressure Regulator - Disconnected TPS, Problem still exists when disconnected. Idles nice at 900 rpm's Any ideas on what else to check? Thanks Irv. |

Is that jerking at 3500 rpm while then car is stationery or while going down the road. If while driving, its probably a worn out TPS.
