Great build! Are you using heat-shrink on the coolant hoses in the pic above? I have seen that stuff mentioned but have never used it. How is your experience with it? Geoff Yes, it's a heat shrink band made by Gates. Absolutely no leaks and it self tightens with every heat cycle. Only drawback is that it's not servicable, you have to use a new one if you take it apart. They're only a couple of bucks and make for a much cleaner installation. |
