Doc,
The engine's finished-  Remember this 3 speed you created?  I'm ready to stuff the tranny for thanksgiving-  The original gasket shims measured = 0.021" The "elring" kit shims are 0.009" each, so the closest I can get to 0.021" is 0.018". So what do I do? I need 0.003" more?  |

I know you built it for that case...but it begs me to wonder if you could section that case and reduce the length now....

Rich Reducing the length would mean shortening the frame which is already finished. There's alot of other tasks for the moment so prolly won't tackle that one for a while.  |
