This engine did not have any stamped numbers. Just this blue dyed number.

Looks like an OEM "replacement or rebuilt" block. They were supposed to stamp that location with a special replacement block ID using steel punch letters. If neither of the other location have the punched #s, then check out the Pelican archives on how to read this.
