As the title says- is it ok to break in an engine in cold weather? I am getting close to having my rebuild ready for break-in. It is about 30 degrees outside. If ok, what weight break in oil should I use?

I know my halogen shop light puts out a ton of heat. Jack up the car if you need to and stick a light underneath it for an hour.
