Tools required:
1.) Pair of scissors 2.) Harbor Freight Step Drill & Hand Drill Drill a 0.750" (mine came our to be 0.715" in the base of the turn signal bucket! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i239.photobucket.com-1696-1327345096.1.jpg) Acquire a marker light bulb holder from a GM car or anything like the one shown: (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i239.photobucket.com-1696-1327345096.2.jpg) I used 0.010 thickness aluminum sheet for the reflector ( shown as above) Push bulb holder into hole with a little gasket sealer or RTV to seal it Put reflector in Put lens on, install bucket, wire & wella Ok, so I'm cheap and cut the bulb holders out of wrecked cars. Finished: (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i239.photobucket.com-1696-1327345096.3.jpg) |
