CNN Money has a list of cars "you won't believe are collectible"... including, of course, our beloved.

The writeup would be pretty accurate if it were just about /6's.

The fact its followed by the Pacer makes me ill. The Z, Landcruiser, corvair sure but the Pacer?

The fact that the writer listed the Pacer shows he's not to knowlegable about AMC cars. The most collectable AMC is this one.

'68 AMX TWO SEATED


I really wanted one of those back in the day. The only other US made two-seaters were the Corvette and the Shelby GT350/500. The early AMXs have been considered collectible for quite a while now and I think the article was highlighting cars that are just now reaching that level.

I was referring to 1968 cars that were contemporary to the AMX.
