Bought this puppy in October. When I put the VIN number in the database a previous entry came up from the po which had a pic of the car and a copy of an ad he was running on ebay, which stated "no rust" Here is photo took today while removing tar from floor. Can't see in this picture but passenger rear floor pretty much swiss cheese. Nice to show passengers what was holding them up! And found out all that pink insulation in front of tunnel was an animal's nest (rat, mouse, bird? (lots of bird feathers). There are not covers on tunnel ports. Now my big concern is, do I really have to cut fender off to do a proper restore? |

i have a roller way better than that needs one floor patch (2inch square) and rear trunk floor (included)out side is 80% paint ready. delivered $500 1976 title, Yellow Don't hold your breasts. We have tried (more than once) to give tubs like that away for free. No takers ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/popcorn[1].gif) Send them back East!!!! I would be interested in one of these later cars; it is impossible to find clean ones in the Northeast. That orange car would be considered rust free back here. I found a nice one a few years back while visiting relatives in Dublin. The deal fell apart though because I couldn't find a trucking company in the Bay Area that wanted to ship a roller. |
