I took Valy's advice from my first thread and tore into these calipers.

I now completely agree that rebuilding the calipers is vital, and I'm going to do a complete job of it... but:

i have used every tool i have, and made one. i STILL can't get this clip out:

unlike the images i've seen on pmb and others, i don't have the pilot holes, just the edge is showing.

anyone have a method to remove this puppy?
