If a member here gets banned, should they be allowed to join back to the fourm under a newly assumed name? What if they get banned a second time? This has become a topic of interest recently.

I just tried to put some one on my ignore list, it didnt work (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) I got a white screen and can still see the asshat's posts (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
