Morning,
Has anyone put sealed gel cell battery in? Are there any (even "full race") that would be direct bolt in replacment? I am welding in my new battery tray tonight and want it to stay new. |

I got the Orbital (made by Exide) instead of the Optima (made my Interstate). It's the same technology. NAPA parts stores carry them as part number 9934/78. They are a direct bolt in replacement using the stock hold down clamp. Usually run around $110 here in CA, but may be priced differently somewhere else.
