Just setting up for testing my new timing light an I saw this lead disconnected. I pulled out my trusty Haynes and my guess is that it's the thermo-time lead wire?
Is this supposed to be on the positive terminal of the coil?  |

I had a Pertronix installed maybe the old lead to the distributor? I can't trace it since it tucks behind the firewall mat and is wrapped with the factory binding tape. It looks like an inline relay of some sort? I can do a lot of mechanical stuff, but reading the schematic is giving me a bit'o trouble...
