I traced it down and see that it joins up with a second wire fed down through the engine tin. This is an A/C car and it's currently disconnected, judging by the size of the wire and the inline relay, I'll bet it has something to do with that. Thanks for the effort, I thought that I was on to something bigger....if it isn't that, as Arnold would say, I'll be bak!
