ok - napa does have them - in 3 sizes
i just got some clamps for 9.5mm rubber hose (3/8 hose) - pn 705-1227 (large) the pn for 5/16 rubber hose is 705-1226 (medium) (they were out of stock at 2 napa locations) and one smaller size. Attached image(s)
