Are the pads the battery sits on worthwhile?
Is there a battery that does not emit the bad stuff? Thanks All. |

Pads help if you use a traditional battery. They are not perfect. Best bet is to get a closed battery like Optima. Lots of threads on the subject

Best bet is to get a closed battery like Optima. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) Battery acid and 914s don't go well together. Best to stay away from lead acid batteries. |
