I like the Speed or Irwindale. Of course San Diego is nicer, has beaches, TJ, AXing and is 2 hrs from LA.

There's one thing we should keep in mind when throwing around ideas on location. Brad seemed to like the idea of hooking up with the Festival of Speed event. Slits has already made contacts and gotten positive response for joining that event. While I agree it's not the best locale to show off SoCal to out of town friends, we should give it major consideration. The one advantage to choosing the Festival of Speed is it answers both location and time. If we can augment the AX and swap meet that would be held there with a drive and dinner in the mountains and maybe a farewell dinner at Dave and Busters, it might not be so bad.
