I seem to be suffering from broken clips syndrome. I broke one of my trunk targa top clips a week or two ago and I just found that the clip that holds the rain tray drain/spring break beer funnel in place is also broken. Any recommendations on what glue to use to dry to get these back together? I tried epoxy on the targa clip but I think the break was to clean and the epoxy didn't have anything to "grab" on to. Wandering if model glue, the type that fuses the plastic together, would work better. Any suggestions would be great! or maybe I'm the only one this has happened to... Yup. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) Dave Darling has it right. You can glue it as long as you put the finished product in a glass case and never touch it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) So, I guess my next question is where can I get a Targa Clip sized glass case...? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif) I swear that when the clip broke after the first time I glued it, it sounded like it was laughing at me! |
