Hi,
I getting ready to start a 5-lug conversion on my 914 and had a quick question about the differences between 911 and 914 A-arms. One of the a-arms I have on my '85 Carrera suspsension looks like it was used to jack the car up and the area near the rear bearing is bent over slightly. Can I just pull the torsion bars out and use the 911 cross member and front mounts on the car with the old 914 arms and Carrera parts? I know the 914 arms have tabs for a through the body sway bar but are the arms interchangable or are there other differences? Thanks, datapace |
