Car starts immediately with 1 turn of the key. Idles at a steady 900 rpm at first but increases to 1800-2000 as it warms up over 5-10 minutes. Drops down to 1600-1800 after about 20 minutes. Still too fast. It's been 65-80 degrees here.

Pull the aar hose and plug it. idle goes down? problem found.
