One less excuse for not going out there and having some fun ...
(IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Randal came by and dropped off a set of (slightly used) schlicks. They still have plenty of meat on them, so this should work just fine. GoodYear R250 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) |

Looks heavy. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Nope, it's actually really light ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif) Now you need to make a rack setup to carry four wheels.... A couple of Thule bars going sideways with kayak holders all bolted to your luggage rack. |

Nope, don't need to. McMark is building me a trailer ... Speed limit is 55 MPH with a trailer (here in CA, at least). (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Bridge tolls are higher, too, I think. The roof rack might be worth thinking about. --DD |

Speed limit is 55 MPH with a trailer (here in CA, at least). Correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe that is only true if you're towing the trailer with a truck. From what i have read, if i pull a small single axle trailer behind the 914 the same speed limit should apply as without the trailer. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) |
