Getting real close to getting her back on the road after hell hole repair, tranny rebuild, oil leak elimination (dang, almost got em all..) and now I'm thinking about the winter project being (or not) swapping to earlier bumpers.
I have a nice set in the garage, I just need lights and grilles. Am I (IMG:style_emoticons/default/screwy.gif) to do either? Of course there's other reasons why I qualify, but we'll stick with the bumpers fer now... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) Thanks |

The long term plan is to keep/drive it till I'm in the box...this is a winter project. I'm contemplating and assembling bits necessary to swap, if I decide not to do it it'll make a complete package for someone who will.
The bumpers I have are painted black, not chromed. I'm keeping it a narrow body, relatively stock, tho I ain't no CW.... Looks like the only thing I'm missing is a pair of fog light grilles. Just missed some in the classifieds.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) It's a 914.... what's not to like??? |
