I think having the curvy road tour/ rally, the same day as the beach party is squeezing it. I envisioned the tour/ rally ending up someplace nice (Ojai?) where everyone could relax and have dinner together, not necessarily organized by us other than picking the ultimate meeting place. That the Beach Party being on Sunday could also act as the final gathering for anyone not going to the track. Having a caravan leave Casa Sirena at one time Monday morning would ensure that most get to the track without having to switch hotels to Lancaster, but that's debatable. Just some thoughts.
Laurie from the POC will email me the info on the timing guy. After I have it and I talk to him I'll let you know the particulars. |
