Just stop turning and you'll be fine... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

The wire coming from the ring triggers the horn when grounded. You either have an intermittent short or an intermittent open depending on how you wired it.

Doing this from memory.
Is the horn contact ring well 'nested' within the momo adapter?

I don't think the momo adapter and horn contact screw holes always line up perfectly; you may need to chip away some of the plastic horn contact ring with a small blade to allow the holes to line up and 'snug into' the adapter. I think some people have actually drilled new holes in their contact ring.

Did you over-torque the steering wheel? Should be 40lbs.
