Where is Sweet Pea now? After searching for a while and looking at many lesser cars, I could not get this fine 914 out of my mind. I contacted Joel, we struck a deal and Melisa and I jumped on a plane for San diego to pick up Sweet Pea. We met with Joel & Shannon, inspected the 914, had a great dinner with new friends, exchanged the paperwork and headed back to the hotel. Next morning, Joel & Shannon delivered our new 914 to the hotel and we headed north.

This 914 runs very strong. Some front end vibrations at 70-75, but otherwise...solid and gets lots of attention wherever it goes.

I am a happy camper!

I've attached a couple pix. Joel & Shannon in tears...Melisa and I smiling durng the hand off. And then................a pic of our first stop.

Can you guess where Sweet Pea is...or at least was yesterday?

regards,
Al

PS: Joel & Shannon are the bomb.
