new motor will be putting out a little over 175hp/torque, I have a brand new 6-spring clutch and brand new pressure plate already for my stock /4 motor....will these be okay for my new motor??

according to KEP, the stock setup is good for 180ft. lbs, with the 914 being light and not having too much rear tire, should I be okay or should I spend the extra $100 for the larger heavier duty rated clutch package??

Stock - (for comparison). Holds 180 ft. lbs. of torque.

Stage II - 215mm pressure Plate. Holds 270 ft. lbs. of torque.

9" STOCK        200 ft. lb.

9" STAGE I      223 ft. lb.

9" STAGE II     273 ft. lb.

9" STAGE III    378 ft. lb

Are heavier duty clutch and pressure plates available so that if for some reason KEP no longer carries them I can get a replacment from the normal P-car places?

KEP actually likes me. When I call them with an issue they know they dont have to babysit me. I have had many long conversations with old man Kennedy as he calls himself. He works late every night. Called late one night to leave a message and he answered the phone..LOL

Hey.. I have a 500mile 9 inch stageII that I just had them clean up (sell it for 125$'s) I also have the Kevlar disc from the RH setup with the same mileage on it if you want to try it.
