Police said the man allegedly pointed a gun at two women in the drive-through at the Subway on Linwood and Main. He allegedly stole their car and took off. When officers flagged down an officer, he noticed the driver didn't make much progress down the road. Vincent Shelby, 21, allegedly admitted he couldn't drive a stick, police said. He was charged with first-degree robbery and armed criminal action. |
