Paul Walker died today in Valencia California. He let a friend drive his Porsche and the guy lost control and hit a tree at high speed...

One of my neighbors is a certified driver for Lamborghini and test drove the GT when it first came out…. His exact words to me, which he apparently told the porsche rep. Was ''This car is going to kill someone'' He told me the car is flat scary in the triple digits.

Rye Canyon Loop is my work address, so I'll check the accident site on my way to the office. Rye Canyon Loop has a gated entrance to a biomed campus (Mann Biomedical Park), so the accident must have happened just at the short entry to the guard gate. I've driven my 914/LS1 on these very streets. What initially strikes me are the surrounding streets are too dangerous to drive at speed; circular and off camber.

I too didn't know who this actor was until I read the reports.

I also am on that loop daily as my Crossfit gym is less than 100 yards from the crash site. The accident happened just past the guard gate. I do not know if the donuts were added to by the AE guys, but I do know for a fact that they were not initially caused by them. They are from another shop in the area.
