Watched a show tonight about Drifiting in the US, my wife commented about me driving our 911 like that (hanging the tail out, yippeeeee)...
I think the 914 might be better suited for this sport. Not too sure what the rules are, I wonder if they allow engine transplants or conversions??? hmmmmm Comments??? |

I saw the show, they have some neat stuff going on but I just can't get into. The winner is determined through judging, it has nothing to do with the time around the race track. 914 don't like being driven with the ass hainging out. THey tend to do things like snap around on you. Try a 911 it would be much better suited to this. Grassroots Motorsports has a big article on it this issue.
It would be better if they were using WOO cars. 900hp alcohol injected winged wonder children that drive better sideways than in a straight line would be way cooler. |
