as the description says where can you get them and what do you use. you buy the oil screen filter kit and it comes with the two gaskets and one crush ring not two.
for now I am using a neoprene washer as a gasket, I think I have read where some guys use copper washers. is that correct and if so size and where to get would be very helpful. I am trying hard to do things right to the point I bought a torque wrench that goes down to 5 lbs so I could avoid over torqueing the strainer nut. thanks in advance Rick |

Cheapness rules, and they've removed one of them. Mose folks don't remove the drain plug, I think, so the second ring isn't really necessary. I suppose I could contact my gasket guy and ask him if he has them in bulk. That's predicated, of course, demand for them. I have a $100 minimum order .............. The Cap'n |
