Al rear 914-6 calipers from Eric. Much lighter than stock.
![]() However, he neglected to inform that they do not use the one 'large' pin for the top hole, the holes are all the same. I couldn't use 2 of my original pins, so decided to waste some time making an aluminum set; save more weight! ![]() |

No rear brake pads come with the enlarged holes anymore..OG they had a taper ground on them thus making the enlarged hole necessary.... show me replacement pads with this ....,., I have some, if you want to be anal

No rear brake pads come with the enlarged holes anymore..OG they had a taper ground on them thus making the enlarged hole necessary.... show me replacement pads with this ....,., I have some, if you want to be anal I know about pads, in fact I now have an extra new set that I drilled the large hole in. The Aluminum calipers have been cast with 2 small holes, unlike the real 914 rears. So, good that it isn't necessary to drill pads any more, but bad at first that the existing pins won't work. |
