Al rear 914-6 calipers from Eric. Much lighter than stock.

However, he neglected to inform that they do not use the one 'large'
pin for the top hole, the holes are all the same. I couldn't use 2 of
my original pins, so decided to waste some time making an aluminum
set; save more weight!

No rear brake pads come with the enlarged holes anymore..OG they had a taper ground on them thus making the enlarged hole necessary.... show me replacement pads with this ....,., I have some, if you want to be anal

I had to hog out my porterfield pad holes to get them to work on my stock calipers.

I know about pads, in fact I now have an extra new set that I drilled the large
hole in. The Aluminum calipers have been cast with 2 small holes, unlike the
real 914 rears. So, good that it isn't necessary to drill pads any more, but bad
at first that the existing pins won't work.

Cool! How do you think those pins will hold up long term with the steel pads riding on them? Probably one of those things you just replace with each pad change?
