as the description says where can you get them and what do you use. you buy the oil screen filter kit and it comes with the two gaskets and one crush ring not two.
for now I am using a neoprene washer as a gasket, I think I have read where some guys use copper washers. is that correct and if so size and where to get would be very helpful. I am trying hard to do things right to the point I bought a torque wrench that goes down to 5 lbs so I could avoid over torqueing the strainer nut. thanks in advance Rick |

Anybody else just do the drain plug/washer and oil filter without the sump thingy? I've never cleaned out that strainer thing. Or replaced the gasket. It's big and scary looking, like it won't seal again. Am I going to air-cooled hell?? Save me, Cap'n!
