This is my first time under the car (and the first time under a 914 or even a VW) so I could use a little help identifying some things.
(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i237.photobucket.com-17475-1403419060.1.jpg) There is an unattached cable on the right side. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i237.photobucket.com-17475-1403419060.2.jpg) There is also another unattached cable above the shifter. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i237.photobucket.com-17475-1403419060.3.jpg) The car has an ANSA exhaust. I'm not sure if these two pieces are suppose to meet. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i237.photobucket.com-17475-1403419060.4.jpg) I wonder if this hole should have something attached to it? |

Part of what you outlined is the forward of the pipes up to the head. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
You have the tube that runs from the exchanger to the flapper valve. In my pic it is shown attached to the valve, but you already have it. --DD |
