Is there any sound or heat reduction advantage to lining the bottom of the top?
I've seen what looked original a perlon carpet glue on. Probably for styling though. What about a spray on roofing insulation material? What have you used? All thoughts welcome. |

What about a spray on roofing insulation material? What have you used? All thoughts welcome. I went a little crazy with the dynamat. Put it in the doors, on the firewall, and finally on the targa top under the new liner. Combination of dynamat and new rubber on the top make a noticeable difference in the noise. Only regret about the top is that it's considerably heavier now. |
