My point is, it looks as if the car had some major surgery and at least parts of the front replaced. The rear looks to be from an original /6.
It was not uncommon to splice two cars together after an accident back in the day. My guess would be that this car was turned into a race car after it was crashed and at least some parts of an early /4 front clip were crafted on. In which case they would have cut out the /4 VIN ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) |
