CONGRADS !! ON YOUR TURBO MOD (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) YOU DIDN;T KNOW YOU CAN'T TURBO A 914 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif) So beautiful nein14. I see you have added an intercooler and fan to your system. I enjoyed reading of your restoration and repair of the usual long rust and subsequent turbo install. The writers's description of the engine whistling and huffing as you exited the corners stimulated my imagination. The adoption of the 924's turbo and integral wastegate is a simple and obvious solution. The added charge cooler is now a must-have in order to reduce cylinder head temps. Wonderful work and thankyou. |
