I know there is a left and right side, but which way ? The instructions include a hand drawn picture that doesn't clearly show the orientation..........Does anyone have a picture of either side installed on your car........Thanks in advance.

It's been a while since I've installed a set but I seem to recall that if you separate the mount from the backing plate they are marked on the back with a Sharpie. When installing you need to position them so the bolts don't go thru the double walled area under the sail panel.
