So this grey wire has melted insulation
And the #3 has no wire on the connector in one row. Also looks like some splicing and an extra one or 2 wires added with I think go to the radio
I've never blown #5 fuse so I'm not sure when this happened.

Looks like 5th position fuse.
Pelican parts has the wiring diagrams in the technical section.
