Can someone school me on axle shafts on a '70/6? Are they the same as the 911? Can I replace the CV's on my car or do I need to buy a complete axle shaft assembly.

Can I replace the CV's on my car or do I need to buy a complete axle shaft assembly. 911 axles are short than 914/6, 911 axles from 1965-1977 are larger in diameter than 914/6. there is no single replacement CV from a 911 that will work without changing other components. |
