Been working on the car and sorting out issues. New shifter parts, brake parts showed up from Pelican today. I haven't even driven the car yet with the stock 2.0 and I'm already thinking about how fun the car would be with more HP. I'm not into slow cars. LOL !!! As I said I have made good HP with a type one motor and the type four is new to me. What is the word on HP. I've seen reference to Raby's 2.9 and I have the Hot VWs performance mag with his 2270 build up in it. Give me the low down on Raby HP.

Thanks guys

My turn...

To the OP, I can provide you with a Big Four, no problem. Its what started this company 23 years ago. I have worked away a ton of backlog and haven't been taking orders for the last few months, so we could have a major "reset" for the next generation of engines. These start at 2,424cc and rated at just over 200HP, with the second unit being a 2,910cc twin plug offering rated at over 225HP. Both of these are pump gas engines, built with longevity and reliability in mind first and foremost

Yes, I have worked to alter the entire engine menu and to provide these two displacements to cover all applications. When I start taking orders again, the wait time will be as little as 3 months initially, but I am sure we'll be right back up to a year within a few months, or maybe even a few weeks.

That said, if you want a Suby, I can hook you up with a JR28, no problem.. If you want an aircooled six I can hook you up also with no problem, I am building a first year turbo as we speak.

Further, if you want a Porsche M96 or M97 engine, got you covered there, too... Or if you have a need for a Ma101/102 engine for a 2009 to present Porsche, we've got that covered too.. Need a Cayenne or Panamera engine? Want it as large as 5.3L? Got that covered also.

I say these things because of the statement that someone made earlier about us "not working with T4 engines anymore", which is completely off base and inaccurate.

The T4 is what started this crazy thing thats consumed my life. We'll always keep pushing the envelope with it for as long as we can. My biggest challenges over the years have been with component quality, which is why I have changed up the engine combinations the way that I have so we can manufacture the majority of the components for these engines, and buy fewer parts. With all engines (sold beyond 2015) receiving LN Engineering Nickies cylinders and JE pistons, billet rods and etc, its a lot easier to build an engine from USA made products.

I have worked to design these components in unique proprietary sizes to optimize the combinations, while keeping a balance of components that can be manufactured especially for these engines.

While lots of companies in this industry would like for us to not work with the T4 engine any longer, they won't be catching the break that they've been wishing for. In fact, the volume keeps getting louder.. :-)
