Hello 914 World! I am a new member of the site and a new owner of a 1974 2.0l project car. I picked this car up from a great guy north of Denver that was reducing his 914 collection down to two cars.
As you can see from the pictures the car arrived in pieces. Everything appears to be in pretty good shape. The Hell Hole is solid and is almost rust free! I am fortunate to have another 914world member "rnellums" helping to sort and rebuild the car. I have attached a few pictures that I took yesterday when we rolled the car into it's new home. Ray    |

Thanks Jamie! I am hoping to have the swap done by summer. I was wondering how you dealt with the heater lines coming out of the water pump and water manifold that connects the cylinder heads. Did you just connect them with a piece of hose? I know outfront Motorsports sells a modified water manifold that they cut and weld shut. I am assuming that they just plug the outlet from the water pump?
