Right. A few trips later with the 914, all is still perfect. And that gives me chance to consider a few things.
I live in a woodland area and it's wise to use DRLs (Daylight Running Lights) when one's driving through the woods. Modern cars have the LEDs and, my other classics have 'build-in' headlights. But I need to turn up the headlight on the Teener when I want others to see me. And honestly, I think it spoils the lines of the car... How do you solve this? Menno |

I wired driving lights where my fog lights used to be. There are some highways here that require daylight driving lights and that is what I use them for. They are also wired so I can flash them when they are not on, with my high beam/turn signal lever.
