Right. A few trips later with the 914, all is still perfect. And that gives me chance to consider a few things.

I live in a woodland area and it's wise to use DRLs (Daylight Running Lights) when one's driving through the woods. Modern cars have the LEDs and, my other classics have 'build-in' headlights. But I need to turn up the headlight on the Teener when I want others to see me. And honestly, I think it spoils the lines of the car...

How do you solve this?

Replaced my fog lights with the pilot lights for that very reason, daytime running lights. I like to drive with the headlight buckets closed, but when I do pop them up by pulling the headlight switch the extra click tou can have both sets of lights on which gives pretty good illumination. I need to keep a lookout for moose where I live so night driving needs good lighting!
