Thanks The cold start valve should only operate when the ambient temp is very cold, and when the starter is engaged. Remove the valve and point it into a clear jar turn the switch on and see if fuel comes out when the fuel loop is pressurized .......if it does it is a leaker. If you want to test it for operation bypass the thermo switch and give it ground.....when the starter is engaged it should spray fuel into the jar. |
