Ok for all you ghouls, jewels here is the carnage. I also broke a rocker arm. The head that was on side 3 & 4 looks ok. I hope the crank will buff out. It looks like I need at least two cylinders for pistons for connecting rods and a crank and cam shaft excetera excetera excetera. My head looked like that when I destroyed #3 piston......sent it to Len Hoffman & he buffed it out fine.....still running like a champ 2 years later. Be very suspicious of the health of the crank though--really look hard for hairline cracks.....like magnaflux it. |
