I've seen a set of 4 not spotless ones go for $4000, and perfect ones asking higher than that. There are less and less of these available, thanks to damage and magnesium's propensity to corrode. I know it isn't a cheap price, but I also don't need to sell them today. I've already gotten offers that weren't lowball, but not in the 'yes' range.

I meant no disrespect. i guess more just realizing how these 914 parts and cars are being noticed and for the collector that needs that to complete his restoration, he will be willing to pay. did they come off of your 914/6? Is that what they would have been on originally? any idea how many of those sets were made? - Awesome that you have all 5 as a set! Good luck with the sale! they will look awesome restored and refinished! |
